Let me provide some perspective...
You’ve probably already tried a lot of things to stop your blisters, otherwise you wouldn’t be here. And that’s the point I’m trying to make about the kind of advice you’ve received in the past. It’s unhelpful, it might even be wrong and you’re still in this position.
Here's how my advice is different...
The course is excellent. There is a lot of practical information. The worksheets were helpful to structure reflective thinking on the material beyond simply reading the online content or watching the videos. I appreciated the ability to read relevant material from other sources and authors. The information and images of various taping techniques are especially helpful.
